
In his third album that is not yet released near completion, Ky-mani Marley certainly is a superstar in his own right. Ky-mani Marley was born in Falmouth, Jamaica, to Robert Nesta Marley, a legend as well as Jamaican table tennis champion, Anita Belnavis. East African word Ky-mani means "adventurous traveler". A man living up to his moniker, every album and travel is an adventure. The Journey, his musical journey began in 1999. Through an eclectic approach, he found his voice, roaming the musical spectrum to discover his numerous talents. Many More Roads (Grammy nominated) was Kymani's "traditional" reggae release. The album brought out Kymani's mature self. Many More Roads, as along with The Journey was well-received throughout the world, and helped establish Ky-Mani's position as an self-made "artist". Ky-Mani's music is a blend of roots reggae , interspersed along with hip hop, R&B in addition to contemporary jazz.
